No software is shipped on disk
or DVD, unless you choose to purchase a copy of the software on CD.
Otherwise,
we do not ship on CD since the download file is small and updates are
frequent.
If you order
the 'DVD on demand' option [info],
you can begin to use the emailed license information right away, and the DVD
will be shipped to you by
Australia Post.
For shipping within Australia the cost of shipping is included in the cost of your purchase. For shipping to New Zealand and other international destinations, commercially reasonable shipping fees may be charged as negotiated with Axiom Networking Solutions.
Axiom Networking Solutions endeavours to maintain sufficient stock of all our physical products to deliver our products within the time frames outlined below. In circumstances where no stock is currently available, Axiom Networking Solutions undertakes to take all steps to arrange delivery to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.
In most cases, cleared funds received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday will ensure the order is shipped by close of business by the following working day.
