30-Day no-questions-asked Money Back Guarantee*. This cooling-off period is designed to ensure that you are happy with your purchase of AVG software and to remove any risk from your purchase. You can request a refund by writing to us via the Online Inquiry Form.
Beyond this cooling-off period, Axiom Networking Solutions will not normally give refunds if you change your mind. However, where the goods delivered by us are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown to you, Axiom Networking Solutions will, at your choice, either refund your money or replace the goods.
To claim a refund or replacement as described above, you must provide evidence that the product is faulty to Axiom Networking Solutions, along with proof of purchase. Axiom Networking Solutions will process your request within two working days of receipt of the faulty product and proof of purchase.
Where a refund or replacement is affected by Axiom Networking Solutions, licence codes delivered to you will be destroyed and rendered inoperable.
Where Axiom shipped physical goods (for
example, Compact Discs, Media Kits or other products to you), then the
goods must be returned with freight prepaid by the customer.
Funds will be refunded via bank transfer
or cheque (Australia)*.
* Please note that
if you cancel the order after you have paid, your refund is
less a $4.00 administration fee, and credit card payments attract a 2%
fee. This money back guarantee does not apply to the cost of
providing and shipping an AVG Installation CD-ROM where this has been
requested and the CD-ROM is not faulty. In these circumstances, this
guarantee only covers the AVG product licence cost.
