"A few weeks back my home computer started running slower and would often freeze or crash while using Internet Explorer due to a Trojan virus that I had picked up. I had spoken to so many people, some professional and some not, but no one could either remove it or give any ideas. The antivirus program I was using found the Trojan virus but could not access or quarantine it. I was very frustrated and not happy at the idea of reformatting just to get rid of a Trojan virus.
