A cross upgrade is a license upgrade from one current product to another, more advanced product at a reduced cost with the same, original license duration. Customers purchasing cross upgrades will receive new AVG license for the new corresponding product.

You will need the AVG License Number of the current product that you wish to cross upgrade and an e-mail address to which you want your new AVG license to be e-mailed to.  Your new AVG License will be e-mailed to you.
