This is the AVG Firewall letting you know that the program 'MSN Messenger' is trying to connect to the Internet.  As this is a program that you would have installed, you can tick the box to save the answer and click ALLOW.  If the AVG Firewall ever detects an application you are not sure about, it is recommended that you BLOCK it until you can determine what the application is.
