e-mail to technicalsupport@grisoft.com. As a reminder, you must include
your Licence
Number on each
support request.
Copy your
Licence Number
carefully into
the body of your
e-mail (use the
"copy" feature
in the Licence
component of the
AVG Control
Centre). When
describing your
issue or
question, please
include as much
information as
possible - this
includes the
operating system
of the computer
and any
additional
information that
you think may
help us
understand your
particular
issue. In
addition, let us
know the Version
of AVG
Anti-Virus that
you are using,
as well as the
release date of
the latest
Update
performed.
Information
about your
version of AVG
can be found by
selecting "About
AVG" from the
"Information"
menu. Under the
"Version" tab,
you will find
your licence
number and
program vintage
information. Be
sure to include
this information
in your e-mail.
