Contacting Technical Support - Users who have already purchased AVG
Technical support is available to all registered AVG customers.
Technical Support is available in the form of e-mail 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
To obtain technical support, you will need the Licence Number of your AVG product. This can be found in the Licence window of the AVG Control Centre. Simply "copy and paste" your Licence Number into the body of your e-mail support request, and your request will be handled promptly.
If you are not able to find the answer to your question, contact AVG Technical Support with technical issues via email (see details below):
E-mail technical support is available to AVG commercial clients, simply email support@avg.com.au for a prompt response, and the AVG Help Desk will help you get up and running as soon as possible.
When describing your issue or question, please include as much information as possible.
The following information is required to be included in messages with a problem description:
Operating system version
AVG program version (virus base and update number)
License number
and any additional information that you think may help us understand your particular issue
your full contact details
Tip When requesting Technical Support, it is strongly recommended to access the AVG Technologies web site directly from AVG User Interface, menu Help -> Get Help Online. This way, most of the required information will be filled in automatically, including your Licence Number.
