Contacting Technical Support - Users who have already purchased AVG

  • Technical support is available to all registered AVG customers.

  • Technical Support is available in the form of e-mail 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

  • To obtain technical support, you will need the Licence Number of your AVG product. This can be found in the Licence window of the AVG Control Centre. Simply "copy and paste" your Licence Number into the body of your e-mail support request, and your request will be handled promptly.

When requesting Technical Support, it is strongly recommended to access the AVG Technologies web site directly from AVG User Interface, menu Help -> Get Help Online. This way, most of the required information will be filled in automatically, including your Licence Number.
