How does this work?

After placing this order we will e-mail you a Tax Invoice with Instructions.

You'll be required to send us your payment.

We process payments during our normal office hours.

This order will not be released until payment is received in full.

A clearance delay of up to five working days may apply to payment by cheque.

What happens next?

We will e-mail you a Tax Invoice (with Payment Instructions).

Once you have received the Tax Invoice, you'll be required to send us your payment.

We process/verify payments during our normal office hours.

License codes will not be provided until payment is received in full and confirmed.

Upon receipt of your payment, the license information & registration code which you have ordered will be sent to you by email. The registration code is used to remove the limitations of the trial version. No software is shipped on disk or CD, unless you choose to purchase a copy of the software on CD.

If you order the 'CD on demand' option [info], you can begin to use the emailed license information right away, and the CD will be shipped to you by Australia Post. Your CD will be mailed within 24 hours after payment has cleared.
