Reinstall your Trial product
Issue
You activated a Trial product by purchasing a license number from the AVG website, and you need to reinstall your product.
Reason
You may have reinstalled your operating system, installed a new hard drive, or purchased a new computer.
Solution
To reinstall your downloaded product, do the following steps:
- If necessary, re-download your product via the Download Centre.
- Follow the installation instructions that appear on the download page.
- Start the product.
- Reactivate your product by entering your AVG license number [you will find your license number in the email you received when you originally purchased the product] using the 'copy and paste' method.
