I think I have a virus on my PC, but it is not detected by AVG
 
If there is a suspicious file on your PC and you think that it is a virus even if it is not detected by AVG, please, send Grisoft the file for analysis to virus@grisoft.com.

Please, attach the file in a password protected ZIP/RAR (compressed folder) and also the following information:

  • the password
  • operation system of the PC where you‘ve found the file
  • exact path to the infected file
  • AVG program version and antivirus database version numbers
  • why you think the file is a virus
